Discuss your requirements with us

Parker Planning Services wins another planning appeal against Breckland District Council for a change of use of the existing residential annex to a holiday let with private rear amenity space, located at High Street, Whissonsett.

We produced a detailed ‘Planning Appeal Statement’ to argue the main issue within this appeal. The effect of the proposal on highway safety with particular reference to visibility and whether there is a need for a holiday let.

We are extremely happy to gain approval for our client, look forward to seeing the site develop and wish our clients the best of luck in their new business.
